NZ Secondary School Team Selection 2009 A team of 6 athletes have been selected to represent the Cook Islands at the New Zealand Secondary School Track & Field Championships, to be held in Timaru, NZ from 12 - 13 December 2009, Alphine Energy Stadium.

Athletes from Aitutaki, Turuariki Baxter, Noni Watt, Tokoono Jessie, Daniel Tutai and from Rarotonga, Harry Ivaiti and Patricia Taea. Team Manager - Ina Marsters.

Daniel Tutai, Gold Medal winner in the Boys Javelin, who competed in the Championships last year is again going back to claim his gold medal title and set another Cook Islands record in the Senior Division. more -->

Daniel to World Youth Championships in Italy Daniel Tutai will represent the Cook Islands in the Mens Javelin at the IAAF World Youth Championships in Sudtirol, Italy from 8th - 12th July 2009. Daniel's Coach, Teaea Parima will accompany him to the Championships. more -->
