Set up and Pack up
MENA would like to seek your assistance to put out a reminder to all your teams and coaches playing in the 8:10am, 2:40pm or 3:30pm time slots, that we require their assistance with putting up or taking down the goal and umpire padding.
This is particularly important for those teams playing at the end of the day in the second last or last time slot. If they are last to play on particular court on game day (either 2:40 or 3:30pm), to please take down and return the padding to the office at then end of the match.
Round 16 Cancelled
Also we would like to advise that both the Committee and Executive have considered all the advice and request recently received from Club Presidents asking that games scheduled for the Queens Birthday weekend to be cancelled. After having considered all the information and options provided, MENA have decided to cancel this round. No replacement round will be played.
