Tooheys Newcastle Rugby League

The scheduled bumper clash between Maitland and Macquarie Scorpions for Saturday 28th April has had to be deferred.

The fixture will now be played SATURDAY 9th JUNE 2012 at MAITLAND SPORTS GROUND.

The Newcastle Rebels U/18’s Rep side play the Bidgee Bulls in a Semi -Final on Sunday 16th April at Mudgee as a prelude to the City v Country clash Sunday afternoon.

After defeating the Central Coast on Saturday, the U/18's backed up on Sunday in a convincing win over the Southern Redbacks.

Nephi Hamon scored 2 tries with Zac Jones, Bryce Donovan and Blaize Fuller each scoring 1 and Bryce Donovan kicking 4 goals.

The Newcastle Rugby League U/18's have just won their first Rep Game in Wingham.  They defeated Central Coast 52 to 10.

Blaize Fuller scored 4 tries, Nephi Hamon scored 2 with Jarrod Smith, Liam Boney and Bryce Donovan each scoring 1.   Bryce Donovan also kicked 8 of 9 goals.
