Eacham Player Medical Form
Attached is a copy of the Player Medical form. This form needs to filled in by all Representive players and handed into the Team Manager.
Eacham Code of Conduct
All players selected for EJRL Representative positions are required to sign an EJRL Code of Conduct.

Nick May Memorial Fund
The Nick May Memorial Fund has been established to promote rugby league by offering financial support to players, coaches or referees up to the age of 19 years who are experiencing financial difficulty in meeting representative commitments. This includes assistance with applications to other available funds if appropriate. If you are a junior club rep and this application is successful, a cheque will be forwarded to your local league.
Blue Card Applications for Volunteers
All volunteers and paid employees over the age of 18 who work with children or young people must apply for a "Blue Card".
