Having discussed with the clubs and the executive at length, We have decided not to proceed with the modified rules in the 2013 season. How ever we would like to continue the dialogue throughout 2013 in the hope of establishing some clear rule sets and administration controls for implementation at the start of the 2014 season.

After confirmation of the adding/subtracting of teams,revised draws with the alterations are available here and under the fixtures tab. Club requests have been accommodated where possible but we have not been able to do it on every occasion. The fixtures tab will update today (18/4
) some time with the new draw's
