Good Sports Program - Level 2
Wingham Touch has just been notified that we have achieved Level 2 status in the Good Sports program. Good Sports is a program that supports community sporting clubs to be safe, healthy and family friendly environment and is an initiative of the Australian Drug Foundation. The program helps sporting clubs manage alcohol responsibly and reduce alcohol related incidents. Parents will notice that we have included a number of healthier options in our canteen as a result of our Good Sports partnership.
WSCMC User Pay System
The Wingham Sporting Complex Management Committee introduced a User Pay System to raise funds to assist with the ongoing management of the Complex. The user pay system is has so far seen monies allocated towards; Field 2 Lighting Project, F1 & F2 Top dressing, shade shelters, public toilet upgrade, F3 & F4 top dressing etc. All funds raised will be used only at the Wingham Sporting Complex
