Welcome to the website of the Central Australian Basketball League, the premier basketball competition for South Australia's elite men's and women's teams.

The Central ABL includes 10 clubs from SA metropolitan and country areas, all of which have men's and women's teams competing. Teams play an 18 round "home and away" season and a 4 round finals series.

The 2010 season tips off on March 13 and culminates in men's and women's Grand Finals at the Distinctive Homes Dome on August 21. A full schedule is available via the "Fixtures/Results/ladders" menu.

Last year, the league featured Adelaide 36ers players Jacob Holmes, Darren Ng, Brad Hill and David Cooper, as well as Adelaide Lightning players Jess Foley, Rebecca Duke, Angela Marino, Sam Woosnam, Nikita Martin, Mia Newley, Kirsty Williams, Caroline Burgess and Trudy Holland. 2010 team lists will be confirmed closer to the start of the season.
