Round 4

Instructions for Team managers entering teamsheets and results

U6 to U9's 

(all team managers must have a SP Passport to access the Team Sheets and Results)

1. print team sheets for opposition team only, team sheets/and score cards are not required for Umprires in these grades 

2. any player who does not turn up to the game needs to be removed from the team sheet in the system by 12.00 pm Tuesday following the game

3. guernsey numbers must be entered for all players on the team sheet and updated to the system after the game if not done prior to the game

4. All team managers and coaches names must be printed onto the team sheets on game day and updated onto the database 

5. Final Score for all grades must be entered into the database - U6 to U10 scores and ladders are not made public on the website

6. Best Players and Goal Scorers will not be made public for Non Premiership grades so do not enter them

U10 -U16's

1. Print Team sheets for the Umpire and the Opposition

2. guernsey numbers must be entered for all players - best and fairest votes are allocated to player numbers as umpires do not know players names

- reported players are reported by guernsey number - clubs will be fined if team sheets are given to the Umpire without guernsey numbers allocated

3. Umpires must be given team sheet and the Time Keepers card only from every Game

4. Final Scores only must be entered (not quarter by quarter) - the Association will adjust all scores to a 10 goal mercy rule in all premiership grades.

5. Clubs can put Best players onto the website for Premiership grades (not U10's)

6. Goal Scorers can be entered for all Premiership grades (not U10's)

7. All players who don't play must be removed from Team Sheets after the game before 12.00 Tuesdays (clubs will be fined if they do not remove players from the team sheets as per the Umpires copy)

(this is new for 2013 as the system will now record goal scorers without being affected by the mercy rule 10 goal winning margin)

All Team managers should ask Umpires to sign and verify they have been paid the correct amount after each game - Umpires should not be paid until after the game is finished.
