Potiki Sports Under-way Potiki Sports which is a junior program targeted at children from 3 - 13 yrs kicked off last Saturday, at the BCI Stadium. Good turn out of 60 plus juniors, warm-up drills were taught, and a "run, throw and jump" program was introduced. This program will be running for the next eight weeks, and at the end, we are hoping that those who have attended will better understand the need for warm-up drills, also be better co-ordinted when running, throwing or jumping. more -->

Triathlon and duathlon back in full swing The multisport season is back in full swing after the festive season starting with a duathlon today from Nikao.

Today’s duathlon meet from opposite the Social Centre in Nikao will start at 5.15pm and will include a 2km run, 8km bike, 1km bike or for the hardy a 1km run, 16km bike capped off with a final 2km run is also on offer.

This Saturday will see an ‘enduro tri’ course of a 200m swim, 8km bike and a 2km run – completed twice.

You can do the course twice as an individual or you can gather your friends to complete the course as a team – one member doing the swim, the other taking to the road on the bike and the last pounding the road in the run leg.

The Saturday enduro triathlon will start at 3pm sharp. more -->

Cricket Domestic League to start after Christmas and New Year Period As the local cricket club competition comes to an end, Cook Islands Cricket’s new domestic league commences in two and a half weeks.

The domestic league is part of their new high performance initiative that will see the top players on Rarotonga competing against one another under international rules. more -->
Basketball One Day tournament 2010 Basketball Cook Islands will be holding the annual "One Day tournament".

The tournament is scheduled for the 4 January 2010 at the Princess Anne Hall.
