Team Palau departed on Wednesday, 11 August 2010, to Singapore via Manila, Philippines. Secretary General Meeting and MOSO in Fiji The Oceania National Olympic Committee Secretary General's met in Suva Fiji to discuss on the priorities and funding allocations for Oceania sports for the next Olympiad 2009-2012. Baklai Temengil, Secretary General from Palau participated in this forum. In addition, a pilot project for the Oceania Sport Education Program was launched were 13 countries from Oceania are participating in an educational program called MOSO - Managing Olympic Sports Organizations of Oceania. The MOSO is a pathway for other education programs at an Oceania level to MEMOS an IOC initiative education program.
