Junior State Regionals 14,16,18's - Hornets Information

All rep players participating in the under 14's, 16's & 18's boys & girls teams at the Junior State Cup next month in Port Macquarie are eligible to trial for our regions Hornets touch teams to compete at the Junior State Regionals in April at Wagga Wagga. You will need to let your coach know that you are interested so your name can be put forward to the Hornets selectors. Information attached.

A rep carnival will take place for all the Orange junior rep teams in Parkes on 3 February 2013. This tournament is a great lead up for our teams prior to the Junior State Cup that will take place in Port Macquarie in February. A draw will be posted as soon as it is available.

Thursday 20th 2012 will be the last senior game played prior to our Christmas break. The season will resume with Mixed on the 8th & Opens on the 10th of January 2013. A regrade has taken place for the Mixed Competition

A regrade for the mixed competition has taken place and will be available to view later today. Please check in divisions above and below your current grade as you may have been moved. Also please check if you have ref duty as no excuses will be taken for teams that say they did not know. You will lose 3 points and if this is your second "no show" you will be fined and lose another 3 points.

Opens Regrade

A Regrade has taken place for the opens divisions. If you can't find your team on the draw, look in the other divisions up or down from yours as you may have been moved. Mens Division One is now a larger competition, however this will be split into two once all rounds have been played.

You will need to mark your teams name off in the sign on shed. If you do not do your ref duty, your team receives penalties / and fines before your next game. 3 stikes and your out!

Junior Rep Trials will take place Sunday 14th from 10am. A second trial will also take place on Sunday 21st. All players must attend trials to be considered. Times for each age group will be posted very soon but will go in age order from under 10's to 18's for both the boys and girls. The City of Orange Touch Association will pay for one member of the team to participate this course as all teams must have a level 1 referee in their team. Please see attached the Touch Football Australia Code of Conduct that governs NSW Touch and any of it's affiliates which include the City of Orange Touch Association. All players agree to abide by these rules when registering to play touch football anywhere in Australia.

Smoking or consumption of alcohol is not permitted within 10 metres of any playing field. You are also not allowed to participate if you are under the effect of alcohol or drugs.
