National Touch League 2009 Exciting news about the upcoming National Touch League 2009, will be released shortly. Main points to remember for this years NTL are that the games will be played on a Sunday afternoon at Turf City between 4.00pm and 6.00pm, and that to participate in this Elite Event you will need to be playing in the current Winter Touch League 2009 more -->

Youth in Touch Tournament 2009 The Youth in Touch Tournament,was well supported by Youth teams from throughout Singapore, in spite of the change of date caused by the H1N1 virus.
A total of 24 teams of males and females in 18s, 20s, and 23s Age Divisions contested this Event. more -->
POL-ITE Games 2009 Day 5 Day 5 - Gold Medal Day - everybody was waiting for the game between Nanyang Polytechnic and Singapore Polytechnic. The draw was perfect, the final day and the only 2 teams that could take the Gold Meadal playing each other. more -->
POL-ITE Games 2009 Day 4 Day 4 promised a tough clash between the Ladder leaders Nanyang Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic, and the game lived up to expectations. Republic Polytechnic led 1 touchdown to nil at half-time and looked to have the game in their keeping after scorng a second. However Nanyang were not to be denied and came back with 2 late touchdowns to earn a 2 - 2 draw. more -->
POL-ITE Games 2009 Day 3 Day 3 saw the clash between traditiional rivals Temasek Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic. The game was expected to be close and that was how it panned out. Temasek Poly gained the advantage in the first half with Audrey Lange running almost the complete length of the field to have Temasek Poly leading 1 touchdown to nil at half time. more -->
POL-ITE Games 2009 Day 2 Day 2 of the POL-ITE Games was one of shocks.
The first was the Republic Polytechnic team being withdrawn from their game against Singapore Polytechnic.
The second was the 1 touchdown to nil win by Nanyang Polytechnic over defending champions Temasek Polytechnic.
In the other game Ngee Ann Polytechnic defeated ITE 13 touchdowns to nil more -->
POL-ITE Games 2009 Day 1 POL-ITE Games Day 1 went without any surprises. Temasek Polytechnic as defending champions opened their account with a 6 touchdowns to 1 win over Singapore Polytechnic.
Republic Polytechnic continued on from they left off last year with a resounding 22 touchdowns to nil win over ITE.
While in the third game Nanyang Polytechnic opened with a 5 touchdowns to 1 win over Ngee Ann Polytechnic. more -->
World Masters Games 2009 The Sydney 2009 World Masters Games are all about being fit, fun, and forever young. 9 days, 28 sports, 72 venues
Anyone from 30 years of age can play touch football in the world's largest multi-sport event.
Touch will be played from Monday October 12th to Thursday October 15th.

The 2009 POL-ITE Games commence Monday July 13th The 2009 POL-ITE Games commences on Monday at Ngee Ann Polytechnic with the first game featuring defending champions Temasek Polytechnic against Singapore Polytechnic.
The second match of the evening features Nanyang Polytechnic playing hosts Ngee Ann Polytechnic, while the final game has Republic Polytechnic against ITE. more -->
Winter Touch League 2009 The Winter Touch League 2009 will commence on the 15th August and will conclude with Grand Finals scheduled for October 31st.

This event is open to all Youth teams in age categories 23s, 20s, 18s, and 16s in both Male and Female more -->
Referee Upgrades Congratulations to the following referees who were awarded their upgrades at the Asian Championships.
Dan Kennedy awarded his Level 2, Hui Min Boo, Marlina Kasbi, and Chris Mead all being upgraded to Level 3.
Marli was appointed to the Womens Final, while Boo was appointed to the Mens Final. more -->
6th Asian Championships At the recently completed Asian Championships, Singapore Club, Monsoon went close to completing all four Divisions on offer. They won the Mixed and Womens Divisions and finished Runners up in the Mens 30s and Open Mens Divisions. Fellow local club Bucks defeated Monsoon in the Final of the Mens 30s Division.

National 18s Teams The National 18s Squads of Boys and Girls have commenced training under their coaching staff - Eunice Lim (Girls 18s), and Andy Tedstone and Lewis Soh (Boys 18s)

Currently training is being held on Monday nights at the CCAB Stadium

These squads are training to attend the Queensland State Regional Juniors in August 2009 more -->
Summer Touch League 2009 Finals The Finals of the Summer Touch League 2009 (STL 09) will be played this Saturday with the first game at 11.00am and the last Finals being played at 3.10pm.
Presentations will be conducted at the fields immediately following the last game.

Singapore All Schools 2009 The Singapore All Schools was held on Saturday 23rd May and 33 teams competed across 6 Divisions - Girls: 14s, 16s, 18s, 20s and Boys: 18s, and 20s.
Lycee Francais School (LFS) was the most successful school winning 4 of the 6 Divisions on offer :- 14 Girls, 16 Girls, 18 Girls, and 18 Boys. more -->
Hwa Chong Wins Inaugural National Junior College League Hwa Chong finished the National Junior College League undefeated and were worthy winners.

The League was not simply about one team though, with four teams all tied for third coming into the last Round of Fixtures.

All games in Round 7 were essential to determine the final placings and all the coaches were keeping a close eye on the other games and calculating the number of touchdowns needed. more -->
2009 Singapore All Schools Tournament The 2009 Singapore All Schools Tournament will be held on the 23rd May at the ANZA Turf City Sports Fields. Divisions played will be 14s, 16s, 18s, and 20s, in both Male and Female.
