Players that don't have similar colour shirts with a suitable number on the back won't be able to take the field.
Don't rely on getting a bib from the clubhouse because they are in extremely short supply and are only meant for use when we have 2 teams playing with the same colour shirts.

Just a reminder that club rules state that any player sent from the field "for a period of time" 3 times in the one season incurs an automatic 2 playing weeks suspension.

There are a number of players that have already been sent twice this season, so team managers should advise them that the next time will result in a 2 playing week suspension.

If you haven't submitted a completed "player registration form" for your team your players are not covered by insurance if they injure themselves at touch.

There is NOT a rule saying that junior guys can play as girls in mixed games.
If a team is short of girls and have junior guys available, they may ask the opposition if they may play the junior guys as girls....but the opposition may decline the request.

It's important to sign your team sheet BEFORE each game because if you go off with an injury before signing the sheet you are not covered by insurance. Also make sure to enter your team and opposition names and the final score as a cross check.
