Australia has taken the Masters Trans Tasman title over New Zealand with an outstanding performance from all teams. After victories in all five divisions yesterday, Australia repeated the feat today. The New Zealanders fought hard but were unable to match the Aussies, and with pride on the line tomorrow will be out to prevent 3-0 series wins in all divisions.

Chris Tarlinton has represented his state at the National Touch League, New South Wales in State of Origin, and has been involved in the sport of Touch Football for years at many levels. North Queensland doesn’t get a lot of chances to have Australian teams play in their part of the country, so for two locals coaching at the Masters Trans Tasman Test Series, the prospect of coaching in front of a home crowd in less than three weeks time is very exciting.
