U15 NWC Final Team Selection for 2015

The final stage in the U15 trial process has been completed - we wish to name the final selections for our two U15 teams made up of 12 players each. Thank you to all who performed to the best of your abilities over the past week. A reminder - all Team Members & Parents/Guardians are invited to an induction on Sunday 26th April from 10.00am to 10.20am held upstairs at the Hataitai Netball Pavilionmore

Umpiring 101 workshops - three dates on offer

For those wishing to gain a refresher, ask umpire questions and build confidence as an umpire we shall be offering three Umpiring 101 Workshops held at the Hataitai Netball Courts. Thursday 16th April 10.00am to 12.00pm, Wednesday 22nd April 7.00pm to 8.30pm and Tuesday 5th May 7.00pm to 8.30pm. Costs $2 to attend and resources available for purchase. 2015 NZ Secondary School Team Announced

Congratulations to Marcelle Parkes (Wellington East Girls' College), Mila Reuelu-Buchanan (Wellington East Girls' College), Colleen Faleafaga (St Mary's College) and Tiana Metuarau (Wellington East Girls' College) for your selection in the 2015 NZ Secondary School Team. One of our regular bib stocktakes has brought to our attention there are a number of single NWC bibs that have gone walkabouts. Whether you've mistakenly driven home wearing one or snuck off to wear it as a fashion statement around town we'd love to welcome missing bibs back to the fold - no questions asked. Bibs are like team mates... if one goes missing it really makes playing a tad difficult!more

Congrats to PIC for being the Champions of the Netball Central Zone Super Club tournament on Saturday and Wellington Girls for Netball Central Zone Super School Tournament Champions on Sunday. Fantastic results for both teams and also for us as a Centre. A proud moment for all.more

Four Wellington teams in 2015 College Netball competition

Netball New Zealand is pleased to confirm the draw for the 2015 College Netball competition which will run parallel to the ANZ Championship starting Monday 2nd March. 12 of the 18 matches will be televised on SKY Sport.
