Finals day at the 2011 X-Blades National Youth Championships had a different feel to it this year, with the introduction of two new finals that were contested in each division.

Queensland Secondary Schools Touch (QSST) has won the 18’s Boys division at the 2011 X-Blades National Youth Championships (NYC), defeating New South Wales Combined Catholic Colleges (NSWCCC) 13-7.

They have played all of their representative Touch Football together in recent years, so it was only fitting that Adam Pryde and Kade Bonner spent their last year competing at the National Youth Championships event playing alongside each other.
