The New South Wales Scorpions have won the inaugural Elite Eight Men's title, defeating the New South Wales Mets in a thrilling encounter, 7-6.

The New South Wales Mets have won the inaugural Elite Eight women's series, defeating the New South Wales Country Mavericks 9-4.

The New South Wales Mets will play the New South Wales Country Mavericks in the Women’s Elite Eight final, after both teams won their semi finals on Saturday.

Touch Football Australia (TFA) in conjunction with various stakeholders including members of the National Events Commission (NEC) recommended an alteration to the current National Touch League (NTL) on a biannual cycle to embrace the requirement for a more Elite structure.
