Jeremy Marsh:  A Grade Men MVP - Summer 2016/7 

The winner of the A Grade Ladies MVP for the 2016/7 Summer season was Melanie Fidler who plays for Breakaway.

 

The winner of the John Fogarty Award for the MVP in the A Grade Men Competition for Summer 2016/7 was Jeremy Marsh from Jetz.

The awards were hotly contested this season.

Well done Melanie and Jeremy.

The John Fogarty Award:

Following the death of our long-standing and beloved President, John Fogarty in August 2011, the CYMS Basketball Association honoured his memory as a friend and champion of Victorian Basketball, especially through his passion and commitment to Sunday night basketball over the past 30 years, with the naming of our Most Valuable Player Award for the A Grade Men's competition.

The John Fogarty Award perpetual trophy is on display at the Sunday Night Office at MSAC.
