What were three Great Thing that happened during the Games?
I never thought that I would get a chance to wear an ID. To be considered a VIP actually taught me that you can be anyone from anywhere in life status.
Among the many students I'm a part of the UYM. This is prove that I can start making a difference in my community.
Having friends from overseas. For a small island we need the experience and Ideals of the outside world.
How has being part of UYM impacted me?
It improved my poor social intelligence
Gave me a part in the Micro Games (My Region)
Gave me a Reason to use my English which is crucial
It taught me to Dream Big
Taught me Life Lessons
And most importantly, it reminded me that I'm here for a Purpose, that I can make a difference in my community or better, the world.
What are my Hopes for the Future?
Make use of what UYM Taught Me
I hoped that I may contribute to my nation or this world either through UYM or another field
Make My Community a better Place to Live
These are what I needed and have to make my community a better place to live. We are here for a purpose to learn from and help those around us. To make the best of our lives is what matters. to be able to smile worths a lot more than living in a mansion with a frown. This is a world of contradictions. As long as love exist hate will lurk in every corner of our lives. Ever since I was little, I saw that to be angry is the easiest thing to do but to forgive takes guts. I only want to help and see our island to a better tomorrow. These are all I need to draw that day nearer to our community. This 8th Micro Games actually started that step. Before realizing it, i'm already interviewing someone. Though they usually turn me down or shout at me, I forgive them because if you stood up, the arguement will go on forever or worst. I never let my emotions get the better of my curiousity. What I want to know about the Micro Games, I seek it out. Whether I find it or not I'm just grateful I did something about it. Also when my team lost, still I don't hold a grudge but write something good about the victorious team. I'm always amazed about the talents and guts that players always have especially when they are from the place where I call home. When I look at them compete against each other I always think to myself that we will be drawn closer to be one Micro Fam. Therefore, do what I can to make everyone think the same. After all nobody is Perfect. We all need each other. We were once weak and wary of ourselves so we join in groups to actually become stronger.
