Welcome to our 2018 Castlemaine Junior Basketball Tournament!

 This year the tournament will be held over the following dates:

 

Friday the 14th of December

 

Saturday the 15th of December

 

Sunday the 16th Of December

 

B Division Teams ONLY:

Please note that the Castlemaine Junior Basketball Association tournament caters for B/C Division Squad teams and Domestic teams ONLY.

No A Grade teams will be accepted, and the Castlemaine Cannons Basketball Association reserves the right to refuse entry to any teams they feel are of an A Division standard.

 

TEAM ENTRY:

Please note all team entries must be paid for before the draw comes out 2 weeks prior to tournament.All payments must be payed online when registering.

All team entries must be taken ONLINE via the Team Entry Registration form.  If you look to the right of the screen you will find a registration button there that you can click.  Team Entries will be open from  Wednesday the 26th of September, and will close on Friday the 9th of November.

Registration is not complete until payment is received (see costs below). You will not be added to the draw until proof of payment has been received.

All teams will also need to have their players link to their respective teams by Friday the 16th of December.  This needs to be completed by each individual player, or their parent, as we are using the new "email sign on" function.  All players will need their TEAM CODE to be able to link to their team.   

 

ENTRY FEE:

$395.42 per team (No door fee's charged)

This is the only option available for payment due to receiving late payments last year, some were a few months after.

1). You can pay the $395.42 entry fee at the time of entering your team via this registration form. (Please note this includes the online processing fee).

U14 Boys born 2006, 2007	U14 Girls born 2006, 2007
U16 Boys born 2004, 2005	U16 Girls born 2004, 2005
U18 Boys born 2002, 2003	U18 Girls born 2002, 2003
U20 Boys born 2000, 2001	U20 Girls born 2000, 2001

 

DECLARATION FORM:

Due to all registrations being online and players must be linked to their team, no declaration form is required.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

As this tournament is run completely by volunteers, we would appreciate your understanding if any situations arise during the tournament.

All our volunteers are doing their jobs to the best of their ability, to enable this tournament to run as smoothly as possible and it could not go ahead without them!!
