Level 0 Coaching Course - Day 2 Practical Session

Annie La Fleur delivered the skills to each of the participants breaking down the drills so the particpants could then teach them to their teams. Basic footwork such as jump stops and pivots were introduced along with dribbling, passing and many other drills that th elocal communiyt wil receive in the near future.

The NBDO will be conducting more refereeing and coaching courses for those that were unable to attend as we would like to get as many people involved in basketball as possible.

As this is Annie's last day in Kiribati, I would like to take this opportunity to thank her and FIBA Oceania for their ongoing support.

Information about upcoming courses will be posted on the KBF website and also sent to your associations and clubs.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
