Hello From New Executive Officer
Hi, my name is Allan Hilzinger and I am the new Executive Officer of the DBA. I am originally from QLD (don’t hold that against me) but have spent the past six years working in the basketball industry in Japan. I have a wife (Lari) and a one year old daughter (Verona) whom I am sure many of you will see around the stadium from time to time.
From my first impressions it appears that the DBA has a great support base and a lot of passionate people wanting to see the DBA continue to grow and rise. I certainly will be working hard and trying my best to ensure that all current and future aims and goals of the DBA and its members are met and hopefully exceeded.

As I am new to Darwin I don’t know many people and have little knowledge about the area so please come and introduce yourself to me in the office or if you see me around the stadium at any time (I am sure I probably stand out being the new guy in town). Any recommendations on good restaurants, places to go and things to see and do would also be great.
