The incident , initially a dispute between 2 players, was disappointing, but the involvement of almost every player, and their fans, from the Emerald Beach Boys team was most distressing.

The opposition team, SSS, are to be congratulated for not getting themselves involved in the melee.

We are unsure at this stage if the Emerald Beach Boys will have sufficient additional players to make up a team to continue in the competition, but will notify the B grade teams when we have more details.
