After being in contact with all suppliers regarding uniform orders and their arrival time, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control not all items will be available prior to our first NJL round at the end of March and possibly our QLD trip. Whilst this is frustrating for all concerned as a lot of planning has gone into the uniforms, there is little that can be done except to keep everyone informed with ample notice.

What does this mean?

Change to uniform shop day - this will now be Sunday March 20^th – 3:00pm – 5:30pm. This is seen to be the most appropriate time as most teams are training, if parents are unable to be there, could they please arrange for other family members/friends/parents to pick up or purchase.

What will be available? – All playing gear will be available on this day, including Playing shorts, warm up tops, training singlets & water bottles etc. We have been advised that part shipment of Polo’s “should” arrive by this time and if they do a selection of these will be available. We have limited socks remaining in stock and limited sizes, players are able to wear white socks in the interim if they wish to purchase CHBA socks. There will be no players without playing gear for kick off of NJL.

What is delayed? – Possibly polo’s as above, hoodies, tracksuits & socks and we have been advised these should be here mid April and again everyone will be advised when this happens.

Where to from here? – For those that have placed an order, please refer to the email that has been sent. If you have not received this please email me directly.

For those who did not place an order, as advised, please come to Uniform Shop day and purchase the required playing gear. As soon as remaining stock has been received we will hold another day where polo’s, hoodies, tracksuits & socks will be available.

Please do not go into CHBA office to ask for orders or to purchase prior to these days, as the uniforms are not stocked in the office due to the required space.  

CHBA staff are extremely busy with their work load especially this time of the year with the beginning of competitions, registrations & have their own deadlines they are trying to meet.

If anyone has any concerns at all please don’t hesitate to email me on spnjmarkham@hotmail.com and I will do my best to assist and make suitable arrangements. We understand your frustration at not being able to collect or select all of the uniforms at the one time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Coaches/Managers are asked to wear the white polo from previous years if they have one, we understand new coaches and managers may not have access to these for our first NJL weekend and perhaps QLD trip.
