NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION

for a

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

of

Coffs Harbour Basketball Association INC

 

Notice is given to all members of Coffs Harbour Basketball Association Inc that it is proposed to alter the Constitution of Coffs Harbour Basketball Association Inc at a Special General Meeting of the association to be held at 6:30 p.m., on Monday 29^th October 2012 at Sportz Central, Bray Street Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.,

 

The following motion, specifying the intention to propose the resolution as a special

resolution, is as below.

 

1 THAT the existing Constitution of Coffs Harbour Basketball Association Inc be replaced with the Constitution available at Coffs Harbour Basketball Inc’ website

www.coffsharbourbasketball.com.au or on request from the office of Coffs Harbour Basketball Association Inc and that if passed, the Constitution will come into force on the date that appropriate notice is lodged with the Department of Fair Trading.
