Coach Development Manager Position available
The primary role of the Coach Development Manager is to increase the number and competency of basketball coaches in the Association, both at the domestic and representative level.
The position is 5 hours per week spread over a 40 week period from February to November. It is recognised that the amount of hours may vary from week to week depending on the programs being undertaken.
The work will include conducting theory and on-court clinics for coaches, mentoring new coaches and providing feedback on coach performance.
This exciting position will strengthen the association by providing expert coaching knowledge to new and experienced coaches and will be a truly satisfying position for the selected candidate.
