Local Coffs Harbour basketballers, Jarrod Austin and Petnoy Wonisch, have been selected to represent New South Wales Country at the upcoming under 16 National Championships to be held in Gosford from the 30th of June to the 7th of July.

Both players were part of a rigorous selection process to make the side which included a number of training camps and physical testing sessions.

Another Coffs Harbour player, Jerica Lacey, was unlucky to miss out on the under 16 girls state team. She has been named as first emergency for the event and will be called upon should any players become unavailable.
