It was the match many CHS basketball followers predicted and that's exactly the way it panned out. After impressive
wins in this morning semi finals Hunter and South Coast made their way to this afternoons Grand Final.

In a match that had everything, South Coast were able to reverse yesterdays 57-54 loss and win the state CHS title with an impressive 70-57 victory.

For the victors, Razz Muir was the chief destroyer adding 25 points. She was well assisted by Holly King with 12, Cassie Mangos 10 and Lia Voorthuis who put 8 points on the board.

For the team from Hunter, Charlotte Bull and Sophie Kleeman both played outstanding games to come away with 16 points apiece. Jessie-Ann Baldwin was also good for Hunter posting an even 10.

Congratulations to both teams on an outstanding 3 days and especially the team from the South Coast for coming away with the coveted State CHS title.
