Each topic has two levels, so caoches can choose the level that best suits their needs and experience.

In additinal, a specific module fore females will be presented covering topics such as female physiology, maturation and a special presentation on a sports bra study.

This course will bring expert lectureres to Coffs Harbour, allowing rigional coaches easier access to up-to-date information without having to travel to either Sydney or Brisbane as is often the case.

Coffs Harbour domestic and representative coaches are urged to register for this exciting program, and to support the efforts of the North Coast Academy, the Department of Sport & Recreation, Southern Cross University, TAFE and the Coffs Senior College.
