An unstoppable North Cairns Tigers team brushed aside a one plater disadvantage at Watsons Oval on Saturday afternoon to remain undefeated through eight rounds of the Cairns AFL Women’s League competition.
With just 15 players to choose from, Tigers coach Jo Butland was forced to play one player short in the grand final replay against Manunda Hawks. But, in a dominant display, the reigning premiers ended up winning by 61 points.
