Basketball Geelong

Basketball Geelong are seeking Expressions of Interest for girls to participate in the Geelong U20 Girls Team.

The U20 Girls Team, is part of the Senior Women's program that comes under the banner of the 'Lady Cats'.

Our representative programs, both Senior and Junior, are our opportunity to showcase the best of our Association, through our players, coaches, technical officials and volunteers.

Basketball Geelong's U20 teams, participate in both the Victorian Junior Basketball Leagues (VJBL) and Basketball Victoria Country (BVC) Championships - for more information regarding the VJBL please refer to www.vjbl.com

To be eligible to participate you must be born in 1992 or 1993.

Players currently registered with another VJBL Program (i.e. other than with Basketball Geelong) must bring a signed “Permission to Train” form (as per VJBL requirements). Forms are available from www.vjbl.com.au

The U20 women's team at the following times / places -  

  • Sunday's (3.30pm to 5.30pm) @ The Geelong Arena
  • Monday's (6.30pm to 8.30pm) @ The KD Stewart Centre, Deakin University
  • Thursday's (6.30pm to 8.30pm) @ North Geelong
