Introduction to Coaching Basketball
Presented by: Paul O'Brien, The Geelong Lady Supercats Head Coach.
The “Introduction to Coaching Basketball” course is designed primarily for the beginner coach. Whether it is a teacher, a parent or an older sibling this course is ideal for someone who is new to the game of basketball.
The course focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of the game - how to dribble, shoot, pass and catch, rebound, defence, body movement and ball handling.
Where: The Geelong Arena
When: 1pm to 4pm, Sat 30 April 2011
Cost: $40 which includes a Supercats Ticket.
