Junior Tournament Wraps
Congratulations to Glenn Sharp's under 16 (1) boys, Trevor Newcombe's under 16 (1) girls and Chris Rogers' under 18 (2) boys.
The 16 boys winning the 2011 Nunawading Tournament, who were guided in the final by assistant coach Steve Giles, by beating the host Spectres 36-34.
The 16 girls claimed the Ballarat Tournament with victory in the final over Craigieburn.
The 18 boys also took out the Ballarat Tournament, beating VC Reserve team Keilor (2) in overtime, 43-38.
Well done to all three.
Our under 12 girls (1) and under 14 boys (1) were both at the National Junior Classic.
The under 12 girls have taken home silver after a reaching the final, where they met VJBL archrival Altona.
They've gone down to the Gators 60-43.
While the 14 boys have finished 15th after beating SA team Forestville 78-56.
