Notice is hereby given that Basketball Geelong Inc (BG) will hold its annual general meeting at 5.30pm on Thursday, 30 May 2013 in the Legends Room, the Arena, 110 Victoria Street, North Geelong, Victoria for the purposes of transacting the business set out in this Notice.

Resolution 1 – Approval of Minutes
Resolution 2 – Adoption of the annual report and audited accounts
Resolution 3 – Appointment of auditor
General Business
- Election of Commissioners
- Strategic Plan update
This notice is given in accordance with Article 11 of the BG Constitution.
