GBL Winter Championship Player of the Week Round 6
A 29 point haul has earned Sharks guard Alex Duck Geelong Basketball League Winter Championship Player of the Week honours for Round 6.
Duck, who joined Sharks at the start of the season after arriving in Geelong to link up with the SEABL Lady Supercats, hit the game-winning shot to help claim a 65-63 win over Lara.
From Albury-Wodonga, Duck is a two-time winner of the SEABL Youth Player of the Year.
Duck also spent a year in the US College system with Murray State.
