Try outs for the 2008/09 Season of the Basketball Geelong Junior Representative Program will be conducted at the:

Corio Leisuretime Centre - Anakie Road, Corio (Melways map reference 431 G11)

Try Boys Stadium - Portarlington Rd East Geelong (Melways map reference 452 H6)

Please also note that selections for an U20 Boys team will be held at a later date

All teams being selected will be competing in the Victorian Junior Basketball League (VJBL) – more information about the VJBL can be found at www.vjbl.com.au

All players please note

1.     All players must register with the Administration Manager at the commencement of each try out session – registration will take place in the initial 15 minutes of each session

2.     All players attending the try outs from another Association (i.e. other than Basketball Geelong) must have a signed Permission to Train (or Clearance) form in order to participate – no exceptions will be made. This form can be found at www.vjbl.com.au.

3.     All players must bring a basketball and water bottle – please ensure that these are clearly marked with the players name

4.     All players must have a dark and light top (or reversible dark & light top) – no players are to wear a Basketball Geelong Representative program playing uniform

5.     Players will be notified of selections by mail in the week beginning 6th October
