Clearances / Permits
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ACTUAL FORM TO FOLLOW THE CORRECT PROCESS. UNSIGNED FORMS CANNOT BE HANDED TO THE SPORTS OFFICE.
Clearance Information
Clearances are needed if you are going from a:
- CLUB TEAM >> INDEPENDENT TEAM
- CLUB TEAM >> CLUB TEAM
Clearances are not needed if you are going from a:
- INDEPENDENT TEAM >> INDEPENDENT TEAM
- INDEPENDENT TEAM >> CLUB TEAM

Permit Information
Permit Forms are obtained for a length of a season. At the conclussion of the season the player is required to be available for his/her previous club.
Permit Forms are also required when a player plays in two teams (not in the same club).
Example:
- Team 1: Club Team U14 Boys 1
- Team 2: Independent Team U16 Boys 3
