Working With Children Card and Member Protection Declaration
It is a Basketball Victoria requirement that anyone that is 18+ and that is coaching and managing a basketball team with players under the age 18 must have a Working With Children’s Card and a Member Protection Form, which can be found under forms on our website. Even if you have your own child playing in the team this is a requirement under Basketball Victoria regulations. If you belong to a club a photocopy of your Working With Children’s Card and a Member Protection Form must be provided to your club. If you’re with an independent team then provide this information to the Sports
