Ringwood Hawks Representative teams for 2019-2020

Ringwood Hawks is pleased to announce its Junior Representative Teams for the 2019/20 Season.  

The Committee of Management would like to extend a thank-you to the in excess of 600 players who attended tryouts.  The club will be fielding 45 teams this season. The nature of representative tryouts means numerous players in each age group cannot be placed into teams.  We would encourage all of those who were unsuccessfully to continue to play and develop their game at a domestic level.

For those players who have been successful in achieving a position you must do the following to secure your position.

• Complete the online Ringwood Hawks registration.  This can be achieved by clicking the Hawks Fees & Registration Button on the front page of the Hawks Website prior to attending tomorrows induction session
• Download the Player and Parent Agreement and return the signed agreement at tomorrows induction session

Important information for Transferring Players

If you are transferring in from another representative club to Ringwood Hawks you must NOT register on the Hawks website.  You need to go to the VJBL website and download a clearance form.  You need to arrange to complete this form including getting signoff from your transferring association.   It is your responsibility to lodge the clearance with the VJBL and pay the requisite transfer fee.

You will need to wait until your clearance is processed and displayed on the VJBL website prior to registering.  Ringwood Hawks has a list of transferring players and will keep you position open till your clearance is processed.

Important Information for All Players

Payment of the Membership fees (instalment or payment in full) confirms your acceptance of the place in a team, and needs to be completed by Sunday. (Other than transferring players).  Failure to complete registration and payment will result in your position being offered to another player on our waiting list.
