A little over a year ago the State Government committed $1,000,000.00 towards the construction of a new facility to house two indoor courts next to the exisiting Hegvold Stadium.  A futher $1,700,000.00 was promised by the Labor Party in the lead up to the Federal Election.

After several delays earth works finally commenced and the new facility is starting to take shape.
