Basketball Victoria Country Jamboree

From their participation in the Under 12 Skills Days, 120 boys and 120 girls are selected to represent Country Victoria at the BVC Jamboree in Echuca. This event, held in September each year, matches country Victorian athletes against each other.

• This is a 4 day event which includes both clinics and matches.
• The Jamboree participants are housed together, under supervision for 3 nights.
• The Jamboree also includes aspects of social development and activities away from basketball such as visiting local tourist attractions.
• The Jamboree also includes a Parent's Dinner with a guest speaker.
• The Jamboree participants are selected from the Under 12 Skills Day on the basis of attitude and possessing sound fundamentals. 
• Jamboree also includes a parents coaching clinic.
