Under 16 State Teams Announced

Basketball WA is delighted to announce the final Under 16 State Teams who will be representing WA in the Under 16 Australian Junior Championships.

The tournament runs from July 3-10 in Logan, Queensland and will be hosted by Basketball Queensland. Basketball WA will again send four teams (Country Men, Country Women, Metro Men & Metro Women). 

The first trials were held at Perry Lakes Basketball Stadium in November 2009 and the teams have been holding training and camps since there to select their final squads, with the last squad being announced this week. 

Congratulations to all of the athletes who have been selected, we look forward to watching the teams in Logan!
