Download the Application Form from the Resource Library or obtain a copy from EPDBA Operations Manager, Liz Cooke.
Please complete the application form and send to EPDBA Operations Manager, Liz Cooke by either email or mail by no later than 20 September 2010. Interviews for prospective coaches are proposed for end of September 2010 and early October 2010.
