WABL Referee Coordinator - Basketball South West
Basketball South West is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised person to coordinate the WABL referee roster and referee coaching for the 2012 WABL season.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish a contact list of senior and junior referees for the 2012 WABL Season
- Produce rosters for referees that are available 2 weeks in advance
- Attend WABL Sunday fixtures for 2012 Home (Eaton) and Away (Perth) season
- Provide performance feedback to WABL coaches following games
- Obtain referee signatures for payments at the conclusion of their fixtures
- Organise a clinic for the referees prior to the WABL Season covering the latest rule changes and expectations
This is a paid position, and also includes the opportunity to be paid for refereeing some of the WABL fixtures.
