2012 USA Coaches Development Tour
The 2012 USA Basketball Coaches Development Tour is specifically designed for basketball coaches wanting to develop and learn from some of the finest U.S College basketball coaches in the game. The tour will consist of coaching clinics at the following colleges:
- Duke University
- St Mary’s College
- University of North Carolina
- University of Virginia
- UCLA
- Lander University & more.
Price - $3,950* per person plus airline taxes.
*Prices based on departure from Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane.
During the 16 day tour we will visit college facilities, watch men’s and women’s practices, attend Question and Answer sessions with coaching staff and much, much more. 21 Oct –UNC Practice 3.30pm followed by Q & A with Coach Roy Williams
22 Oct – Coach K Coaching Clinic @ Duke University – Full Day
23 Oct – Travel to Richmond, Virginia / Coaching Clinic – Vance Wallberg
24 Oct – University of Richmond Coaching Clinic / University of Virginia Practice & meet with coaching staff after practice
25 Oct – Travel to Blacksburg, Virginia / Virginia Tech Practice plus Q & A with Coach Greenburg / Evening High School Game - Oak Hill Academy v Hargrave Military Academy.
26 Oct – Wake Forest Clinic & Practice
27 Oct – Travel / Outlet Shopping at Concord Mills / USC Upstate Practice
28 Oct – Full Day Coaching Clinic @ Emmanuel College – Guest Speakers - Rick Torbett (Read & React Offense), Dena Evans - Owner of PGC , TJ Rosene - Emmanuel College, Manu Watsa - President of PGC & Sefu Bernard - PGC & ex Toronto Raptors Player Development Coach.
29 Oct – Lander University Practice and meet with coaching staff after practice/ College Game – Duke v Bellarmine
30 Oct –Flight to Los Angeles
31 Oct – UCLA Chalk board session with Ass. Coach Scott Garson/Afternoon - Biola University Practice
1 Nov –UC Riverside Coaching Clinic & Practice. / Evening Game - Loyola Maramount University v La Verne or leisure time
2 Nov – LA Clippers Coaching Clinic / Shopping at Santa Monica / Venice Beach / Flight to Australia
