USA Coach Terry Battenberg Conduct Clinics
Highly regarded USA Coach Terry Battenberg will be arriving in Perth to conduct coaching and player clinics next month during the March long weekend.
As part of his Australian visit, which includes conducting clinics in Victoria and South Australia, Coach Battenberg will be conductng coach and player clinics in Perth as well as a visit to the southwest in Bunbury.

Terry Battenberg Bio
Coach Battenberg has been a Division 1 College Assistant (Oregon State and Sacramento State Universities), a small college and junior college Head Coach (Montana Tech and American River Colleges), as well as a head coach at five high schools. During his high school coaching career, Battenberg’s teams won 13 league titles in 23 years, (at least one championship at each of the five schools), and produced 23 All Conference Post Men.
Battenberg has published two books on post play and is considered one of the top big man coaches in the United States. His initial book, The Complete Book of Basketball Post Play, was the first ever written on the subject and became the guide for most post man coaching over the past 35 years. His latest book, Power Post Play, is a modern text for tall players, their coaches and parents.
Coach Battenberg conducts clinics and big man camps all over the United States and Internationally. He also directs coaching clinics on a variety of subjects including the speed game, total attack rebounding, simplified man to man defense, and quick-strike offensive systems.
