City v Country Under 18 State Team Clash
On Saturday 29 March Basketball WA will be holding a new event as our Under 18 State Teams finalise their preparations for the 2014 Under 18 Australian Junior Championships (AJC).
Both the Metro and Country State Teams will come together to play each other in a double header "City vs. Country Clash" at Ray Owen Sports Centre in Lesmurdie (Kalamunda).
The Under 18 Metro Women will take on the Country Women from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and the Under 18 Metro Men will play the Under 18 Country Men from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
The games will be played as full scale practice matches with both teams in their uniforms and playing fully timed four quarter games.
Following the games the teams will come together for their uniform presentation.
Entry to the event is free and we encourage everyone to come down and support the teams before they head to the ACT to take on the rest of Australia.
