Meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of the month.

Our Constitiution allows election of up to 7 members ( 4 executive and 3 ordinary members).

Members may be co-opted to fill any casual vacancies which may arise.

Further additional members (up to 3) may be co-opted at any time.
