00th, 0000
DIV A - Summary
Ale Madrid returned to form with a brilliant 6-4 upset win over Inter Minan, snapping their four-game winning streak.
The shock of the round though perhaps goes to ClassOnGrass, who superbly put 10 past the previously top-of-the-table Southport United.
We were expecting a close encounter between Glen’s Lemons and Ultimates and that’s what we got, with the latter recording a thrilling one-goal victory 4-3.
Jason’s Team have been on the wrong end of some close results lately and suffered a 4-2 defeat to Vundens who are quietly creeping up the ladder.
The Comebacks continued their transition into Div A with a thumping 8-2 victory over the in-form 2 Goals 1 Cup, remarkably moving to top spot on the ladder.
Superoy FC and Sweaty-co Madrid played out a thriller, with the latter possessing too much strike power up front winning 5-4.
Div A - Preview
Vundens have won 3 of their past 4 games but face a stern test when they meet Southport United, who will be keen to bounce back from their shock loss.
Ultimates and Sweaty-co Madrid should be a cracker with both teams threatening to break into the top four.
The Comebacks will remain on top of the table as they have a well-earned week off.
Div B - Summary
Rossly’s XI continued their remarkable start to the season with a huge 11-5 over former champions Shampagnee United. They are the only team in the league to remain undefeated.
Aurora FC produced a shock 9-0 win over FOB 3.0 who will regain some much needed firepower next week.
Instinct claimed a brilliant scalp of former runner ups Red Devils, running out 6-2 winners.
Hardly Athletic cracked the top four with a damaging 8-2 win, while Kittens FC bounced back from their loss with a 5-2 win over Bourgeois Pigs.
Div B - Preview
The Will Smiths unfortunately had their match called off this week so will be primed and ready to continue showcasing their goal-scoring prowess when they face Instinct this week.
5th placed Kittens FC will be hoping they can claim a win over Hardly Athletic and jump ahead of them in the top four race.
Hackers and Lost Boys face each other both fresh after a week off.
Mixed - Summary
Mafia moved to top-of-the-table after producing over 10 goals for the first time in an impressive 11-6 victory over Foot Fiddlers. Da Boiz continued their strong defensive work with a 3-1 win over Be Kind Rewind, while Kosher United found form with a 7-4 scalp of About to get Messi.
