Teams: 90-119, 120-149, 150-179, 180-209, 210-239, 240+
Note: The age group for the teams is a combined total age of all three competitors. All team members must meet the minimum age requirement of 30 years of age.

Competition Details - One day of competition
Events
10.00am start
Individual Olympic Distance: 1500m Swim, 40km Cycle, 10km Run
Team Olympic Distance: 1500m Swim, 40km Cycle, 10km Run - separate swimmer, cyclist and runner.
Teams can be men, women or mixed.
11.15am start
Individual Sprint Distance: 750m Swim, 20km Cycle, 5km Run
Team Sprint Distance: 750m Swim, 20km Cycle, 5km Run - separate swimmer, cyclist and runner.
Teams can be men, women or mixed.
Please note: Competitors can only enter one of the two disciplines.
Competition Standards
The triathlon competition at the Games will be conducted under the auspices, rules and regulations of the International Triathlon Union and will conform to any special requirements of the International Masters Games Association (IMGA).
Triathlon Victoria will conduct the competition.
Equipment
A bicycle repairer will be at the venue on the day of competition to assist competitors with the repairing of their bicycles.
Transportation of cycling equipment to the venue is the responsibility of the individual competitors. Bikes are allowed on trains if the need arises, but they must be kept out of the way of other train patrons.
Other Information
Full-length wet suits are strongly recommended, as the water temperature will be around 14 degrees Celsius.
